Triple digit highs return for some of the typically warmer lower desert locales by Sunday, with readings leveling out in the lower to middle 100s (i.e., near 103-105°F) during the upcoming work week. The forecast high temperatures next week represent values around 2-5°F above daily normals for early June, but the morning lows will be right around their normal values. Expect occasionally breezy afternoon conditions, with gusts up to 15-25 mph in some places, especially by the middle of the week.
